- Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. They are confirmed when fully paid for.
- The "Interstate Rate" is available for all church youth groups outside of NSW and ACT.
- Registration cancellations must be sent in writing and will attract a $10 per person fee (to a maximum of $50)
- Registration cancellations received after Wednesday 7 March 2012, are non-refundable in part or in full.
