Offsite accommodation

Many groups like to organise their own accommodation for the weekend after they have missed out on accommodation at the kcc site. There's plenty of houses around Katoomba that you can stay at. So if you're a small group, and the kcc accommodation is booked out, why not partner up with another local youth group and share accommodation! Its a great way to form new relationships and encourage each other!

Cancellation

kcc incurs costs if bookings are cancelled, which impacts on our ministry. Therefore:

ALL cancellations must be advised in writing to the kcc Office
ALL registration cancellations attract a $10 per person fee (to a maximum of $50)
ALL accommodation cancellations attract a $20 per person fee to a maximum of $50 (camping is not refundable)
Only if the accommodation is re-let will the remaining portion be refunded
Accommodation cancellations received after Wednesday 14 March 2012, are non-refundable in part or in full
